Mission
LG Movement exists to help people access real strength earlier in life so they can perform at their highest level.
The mission is to teach movement with precision, clarity, and education so clients understand their mechanics, train with purpose, and build durable, resilient bodies.
LGM is committed to developing power, alignment, and long term physical capability through intentional training.

Why LGM Was Created
LGM was built to raise the standard for how people train.
Athletes and high performing movers need more than generic workouts. They need intelligent programming, detailed coaching, and a space where strength and longevity come first.
Many modern studios prioritize fast pacing over correct load, large classes over personal attention, and aesthetics over function. Foundational skills get overlooked. Compensation patterns go unchecked. Clients work hard without working smart.
LGM was created to change that.
To bring back disciplined training. To teach the mechanics behind movement. To combine classical Pilates precision with modern biomechanics and performance science so clients build real strength, not shortcuts.
This is training designed for longevity, power, and measurable progress.
Meet The Founder
LGM Pilates was founded by Lindsay Grymes, a movement specialist with a decade of experience training, coaching, and rebuilding bodies through Pilates.
Lindsay’s foundation in movement began with early Pilates training integrated into her classical dance education. That work shaped how she understood alignment, load, and functional strength long before she pursued Pilates professionally. Over the years she has worked on hundreds of bodies including professional dancers, athletes, and dedicated movers in every stage of life.
Lindsay specializes in clients with hypermobility, autoimmune conditions, structural imbalances, and chronic pain. She is widely known for helping clients resolve low back pain and restore functional strength when other methods have fallen short. Her close network within the physical therapy community, combined with her extensive classical and contemporary Pilates training, gives her sessions a level of purpose and precision that is rare to find in the Pilates world.
Her classes blend biomechanics, strength training principles, and detailed coaching that help clients feel real improvements quickly. This is not a generic Pilates or fitness class. This is technical, educated, high performance training for people who want their bodies to work better.
Once Lindsay is in your life, she is committed to your success. Whether she sees you once a month, once a week, or daily, her intention is the same. She wants to change your life in a positive, meaningful, and long lasting way.
LGM Pilates is the result of that commitment. A training house built for strength, resilience, and results.
