Group classes are designed for adults ages 18+ and are offered Monday through Saturday.

Booking + Availability

LG Movement operates on a limited-capacity schedule. Availability may be released in advance, and clients are encouraged to plan ahead to ensure access to preferred class times.

Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute bookings.

Package Usage

All class packages must be used within the stated expiration period. It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within that timeframe.

Cadillac Sessions

Train on one of the most advanced pieces of Pilates apparatus. Cadillac work develops spinal mobility, upper back flexibility, deep core control, and full body strength that cannot be replicated anywhere else.


Level 1 welcomes clients who are new to Cadillac or who want to refine fundamentals with safe and intelligent progressions.
Level 2 offers higher demand training and requires approval from the instructor to ensure you are ready for the increased strength and coordination required.

Group Cadillac classes run weekly. Private and duet sessions are also available.


Must complete multiple Level 1 classes prior to acceptance into Level 2, or complete a private lesson so the instructor can assess technique and ensure safety.

Reformer Pilates

Our signature Reformer classes blend athletic strength training with intelligent Pilates technique. Expect clean lines, powerful leg work, supported core training, and movements that build a balanced and resilient body.


Level 1 focuses on foundational strength, body alignment, and proper form so clients learn how to move with intention and control.
Level 2 is a more advanced training experience with elevated pacing, complex sequences, and increased load. Acceptance by the instructor is required to ensure readiness and safety.

Group Reformer classes run weekly. Private and duet sessions are also available.

One on One Training- Currently Full

Highly personalized sessions designed around your goals for strength, mobility, alignment, injury prevention, or improved performance.


Lindsay specializes in hypermobility, autoimmune considerations, low back pain, and advanced athletic demands.


Private sessions are currently at capacity and the waitlist is closed. Availability will reopen when space allows.

Duet Training- Currently Full

Train with a partner in a semi private environment with personalized coaching and shared progression. Perfect for friends, partners, or dancers training together.

12 hr cancellation window for all group classes

With a full schedule, consistency is expected. 2 consecutive no-shows will be flagged. 3 total no-shows may impact booking access
