Training Designed for Your Goals

Cadillac Classes
Train on one of the most advanced pieces of Pilates apparatus. Cadillac work develops spinal mobility, upper back flexibility, deep core control, and full body strength that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
Level 1 welcomes clients who are new to Cadillac or who want to refine fundamentals with safe and intelligent progressions.
Level 2 offers higher demand training and
requires approval from the instructor to ensure you are ready for the increased strength and coordination required.
Group Cadillac classes run weekly. Private and duet sessions are also available.

Reformer Pilates
Our signature Reformer classes blend athletic strength training with intelligent Pilates technique. Expect clean lines, powerful leg work, supported core training, and movements that build a balanced and resilient body.
Level 1 focuses on foundational strength, body alignment, and proper form so clients learn how to move with intention and control.
Level 2 is a more advanced training experience with elevated pacing, complex sequences, and increased load.
Acceptance by the instructor is required
to ensure readiness and safety.
Group Reformer classes run weekly. Private and duet sessions are also available.

Mat and Sculpt Pilates
Strength focused mat work designed to build muscle, improve alignment, and refine movement quality. Sculpt classes incorporate props and athletic conditioning to create long term strength and endurance.
Open to all levels and an excellent complement to Reformer and Cadillac training.

One on One Training
Highly personalized sessions designed around your goals for strength, mobility, alignment, injury prevention, or improved performance.
Lindsay specializes in hypermobility, autoimmune considerations, low back pain, and advanced athletic demands.

Duet Training
Train with a partner in a semi private environment with personalized coaching and shared progression. Perfect for friends, partners, or dancers training together.

Lindsay Grymes is a professional choreographer and certified Pilates instructor who has worked with hundreds of movers from pro dancers to high level athletes. Her training philosophy blends precision, education, and a higher standard of strength.
